Globalfy is a US fintech company specializing in providing banking and financial services for entrepreneurs and small businesses operating in the global market. Globalfy's platform streamlines banking access, tax compliance, and business administration for entrepreneurs worldwide.
Globalfy chose Plataforma as their partner to source junior talent to help build backend referral systems and affiliate integration. The first graduate was quickly promoted to Junior Developer, and eventually to Platform Lead.
This graduate trained and onboarded three additional Plataforma graduates to the Globalfy team, who added value to the company by streamlining communication, optimizing client banking experience, and improving data integration and processing.

Summary
Drummond Advisors offers international consulting services for Brazilian and North American companies, focusing on accounting, taxation, legal matters, and business development. Founded in Boston, the consulting firm expanded its presence to the cities of Miami, Orlando, São Paulo, and Belo Horizonte.
Drummond partnered with Plataforma to hire two engineers as trainees. The team worked on the development and maintenance of software for Drummond's CRM, creating automations to optimize customer service, specific demands, and data analysis.
Wanting to further leverage the impact of Plataforma, Drummond hired two more engineers. This boosted the development of Drummond's integrations and advanced the company in its market. Of the three engineers hired by Drummond, three were promoted to roles with greater responsibilities.

ENGIE Brasil operates as a leading energy company in Brazil, primarily focused on the generation, commercialization, and distribution of electricity, with a strong emphasis on renewable energy sources like hydropower, wind, and solar.
With a strong alignment to Plataforma Impact’s mission of workforce diversity, ENGIE integrated three of the program’s graduates into ENGIE’s teams as interns, where they continued to develop their skills as full-stack developers focusing primarily on programming languages like C# and Typescript.
One year later, one intern was promoted to Junior Developer, another received a contract extension, and ENGIE returned to Plataforma to hire a fourth intern.
