The market faces a growing deficit for digital talent. For every software developer, five positions remain unfilled due to a lack of qualified labor.

We provide a win/win solution; we work to close the digital talent gap by helping young people from underserved communities build a career in technology.

What We Do

Courses and Community
We offer a variety of courses focused on in-demand skills, centered on certification and employability. Graduates become part of our Jedi community, gaining access to mentorship, career guidance, and opportunities with partner companies.

Our employability program ensures youth go through a rigorous internal qualification process, including technical tests and interviews with experienced professionals.
